- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
- Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable, unless defective or incorrect upon arrival.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

- Clearance or final sale products
4. Return Process
Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back. Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
